We have catered for thousands of weddings over the past twenty-five years and we now offer even more choices for you on your big day.
All of the options below are designed to give you maximum choice and flexibility so you can create the perfect menu to your own requirements.

Four course meal
Choose one option from each of the courses below, vegetarian options also available at request

Starter
Home made traditional vegetable soup served with a granary/white bread roll and butter.
Egg mayonnaise and side salad with brown bread and butter.
Fanned honeydew melon served with a fruit coulis.

Main course
Poached salmon fillet served with leeks, petit fors, sate potatoes with a rich cream sauce.
Roast topside of beef, traditional Yorkshire pudding and fresh market vegetables.
Chicken breast served on a bed of green beans, baby corn on the cob, Duchess potato covered in a wilde mushroom sauce.
Cod steak in a mild parsley sauce served with peppered tomatoes, golden potato rösti and a selection of mixed vegetables.
Pork tenderloin with a delicious apple sauce served with boiled potatoes, baby carrots and broccoli.

Dessert
French apple and cinnamon pie served with fresh cream.
Double fudge chocolate cake drizzled in a creamy chocolate sauce.
Fresh strawberry flan clotted cream.Tea and coffee with Belgium chocolate cups

Please choose one from each of the above sections for your event, all four courses are charged at only £19.95 per head + vat for 50 or more guests or only £24.95 per head + vat for under 50 guests.

full set up, service and delivery with in five miles of Durham City (please ring for prices outside of Durham).

Combination options

As you can see from the information above we offer a wide range of options, another option is to combine any of the above services to create your perfect menu.

Below is a example combination menu

catering for 100 guests
Hog roast + salads + potatoes for 50 guests: £565 + VAT
BBQ + buffet for 50 guests: £750 + VAT
Total = 1315 + VAT
Cost per head is only £13.15 providing you and your guests with a large choice of food

Mobile bars

Our mobile bar service can be set up inside marquees or at venues with out a bar facility

Pre paid bar - 100 guests - full package - 670 drinks

3 x carling kegs (270 pints)
1 x strong bow keg (90 pints)
100 x alco pops (breezers, smirnoff ice)
40 x bottles of wine (red and white)
50 x cans of pop (coke, diet coke, fanta, sprite)
+ disposable glasses, 2 x bar staff, full package nothing for you to provide, no licence required
Price is based on a 4 hour service time

Total cost: £1960 + VAT
Total cost per person £19.60 + VAT

Food stations

Food stations are a new concept we have been developing over the past year and we are now pleased to offer 14 food station options.

Each food station has a theme and you can mix and match to create your ideal wedding catering.
Example food stations include: oriental, Indian, pasta, hot snacks, carvery and Mexican to name a few.
Every food station comes complete with chef, cooking equipment, crockery + much much more.
