Vanilla sponge cake
Our vanilla sponge is soft and moist, creating a very light texture. All of our vanilla sponge cakes are split with raspberry jam and a homemade buttercream.
Chocolate fudge cake
Our chocolate fudge cake is a recipe we have developed over the past twelve years. We use the finest coco and two secret ingredients to create the perfect chocolate taste and texture.
Rich fruit cake
Our fruit cakes are made with sun dried fruits, almonds and rum. Each cake needs to mature for six weeks before we ice to your requirements.
