Our ranges of canapes are perfect for wedding receptions and corporate events.
The quantities required depends on the time of day you are wanting the canapes to be served, for example if you would like to have canapes at your wedding reception for guests on arrival you should consider the following:
How long your guests have been with out food
The time guests are due to arrive at the reception
How many guests are attending at that point in time
How long it will be before guests are served the main meal
We would suggest if you have 100 guests and everyone is arriving at the reception venue for 2pm the guests will be getting hungry so you would require five or six canapes per person while you are having your photographs taken.
