How does this service work ?

First step is to figure out how many people will be attending your event.
Above is an example bar package including prices, all of our packages can be changed to match your requirements.

We come and install your required bar either the day before or on the morning of your event, set up time is around an hour for small bars to three hours for larger events, the size of the bar depends on how many people are attending your event.

We then stock the bar two hours before your event and our staff prepare for service.

The above prices are based on a 4 hour service time (this can be extended if required). After service has finished the staff clean up the bar area and collect empty glasses (glasses are always disposable).
Please note: The staff are not responsible for tidying the entire site, if you require the venue/site/marquee/area to be cleaned please let us know and we can provide a price for this service.

The following day we come and remove the bar, this will take around thirty minutes to two hours and we always ensure everything is just the way we found it, any problems will be reported to yourself and the venue management, to date there has never been a problem.
