Four course meal

From weddings to formal dinners let us provide you with a meal to remember.
We prepare the meal at the venue of your choice, the food is then served by our waiting staff, we take care of all the cleaning whilst you and your guests sit back and enjoy the day.

Choose one option from each of the courses below, vegitarian options also available at request

Starter

Home made traditional vegetable soup served with a granary/white bread roll and butter.

Egg mayonnaise and side salad with brown bread and butter.

Fanned honeydew melon served with a fruit coulis.


Main course

Poached salmon fillet served with leeks, petit fors, sate potatoes with a rich cream sauce.
Roast topside of beef, traditional Yorkshire pudding and fresh market
vegetables.

Chicken breast served on a bed of green beans, baby corn on the cob, Dutchess potato covered in a wilde mushroom sauce.

Cod steak in a mild parsly sauce served with peppered tomatoes, golden
potato rösti and a selection of mixed vegetables.

Pork tenderloin with a delicious apple sauce served with boiled
potatoes, baby carrots and broccoli.


Dessert

French apple and cinnamon pie served with fresh cream.

Double fudge chocolate cake drizzled in a creamy chocolate sauce.

Fresh strawberry flan clotted cream.


Tea and coffee with Belgium chocolate cups

Please note:

We would appreciate viewing your venue/kitchen prior to you booking a hot meal.
Please choose one from each of the above sections for your event, all four courses are charged at £19.95 per head + vat for 50 guests and over or £24.95 per head + vat for under 50 guests.
Price includes: full set up, service and delivery with in five miles of Durham city (please ring for prices outside of Durham).
Prices available for speakers, flowers, drinks and other extras please call us to discuss your requirements.
