To whom It may concern,
I manage a 1000 bed student property in ******** ********* *** and we are looking
to organise a BBQ for residents during their move-in weekend of the 11th and 12th of September.

We expect approx 1000 people to arrive over these two days.

We would be looking for a very simple BBQ menu consisting of:

Burgers

Sausages

Veg Burgers

Fried Onions

Rolls

The move-in period will be from 11am until 5pm on the Saturday and 11am until 3pm on the Sunday.

I would be interested if you could offer a quote for this event as we hold many throughout the year and
 would be interested in working with a catering company that can cater for many different events and parties.

Student Barbecue Event: Case Study
