Executive platters

These meals have been designed for executive clientele business meetings on the move and can be tailored to your requirements.
Executive platters are served with a full salad comprising of crispy lettuce, tomatoes, egg, cucumber, celery, onion and pepper rings, wholemeal roll and butter.

Two prime slices of homecooked meats.
Baked fresh salmon.
Fresh cream quiche.
Succulent chicken breast.
(Hostess will also serve a variety of coleslaw, potato
salads to accompany the full salad - as required).

Our executive platters can be made to order the above menu is an example to give you an idea of what our executive platters look like when served.

We can also provide a hostess service to serve your guests during your journey, all our hostesses are dressed in navy blue with a white blouse.
